Inaugural of Integrated Control & Command Centre

NOIDA Authority and Project Clean NOIDA, an initiative of HCL Foundation inaugurated an ‘Integrated Control and Command Centre’ (ICCC) to transform NOIDA into India’s cleanest city. Located within the authority’s facility at Sector 39, the state-of-the-art command centre will offer centralized support to the ongoing Citizen Grievance Redressal Program and increase effectiveness of internal resources and partners of NOIDA Authority.

Inaugurated by Smt. Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of NOIDA Authority, also the chief guest for the event, along with Shri Alok Varma, Director, Project Clean NOIDA – the centre will manage key activities and resources that ensure the city’s maintenance and smooth functioning. These include real-time health and efficiency status of 395 vehicles, 9 sweeping machines, over 3800 employees as well as audits of waste segregation. Envisioned by NOIDA Authority, the centre will undertake this through a data representation mechanism of performance evaluation of all the partners and concessionaires working across the entire city as developed by Clean NOIDA.

As part of the Integrated Control and Command Centre, NOIDA Authority supported by Clean NOIDA has also developed an exclusive mobile application that will allow them to manage complaints and grievances by citizen of NOIDA on real-time basis. The app has identified 18 grievance categories as defined by the Swachh Bharat Mission that will be managed within a pre-defined turn-around-time.
